Brennan Bilberry is a partner at Fairmark Partners, a plaintiffs’ law firm focused on health care competition. Fairmark has filed groundbreaking cases including numerous antitrust cases against dominant hospital systems for anticompetitive practices, the first-ever cases alleging a breach of ERISA fiduciary duty by large companies for their failure to effectively negotiate pharmacy benefits management and insurance contracts for their employee health plan and cases alleging wage fixing by large employers. Previously, Brennan was a partner and head of public affairs at The Messina Group, where he implemented data-driven research and advertising strategies on five continents. He earlier worked in policy and political campaigns including serving as communications director for Terry McAuliffe’s successful campaign for Virginia governor, deputy executive director of Priorities USA, the pro-Obama super PAC, and in multiple research and communications roles at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
